Heat Treatment of 7CrSiMnMoV / CH1 Steel
Annealing: 860 to 840℃, slow cooling in furnace 3 to 4 hrs, down to approx. 550℃, cooling in air. Hardness after annealing: max. 241HB.
Hardening: flame hardening

Good hardenability, high strength & good toughness, small thermal deformation.
